Your crew was the very best

Dear Bill,
Permit me – once again – to express my heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation, for the outstanding workmanship on the roof of the rectory.

As a priest for more than four decades, I must confess the truth; that your company is prompt and unique. Your crew was the very best. All men, roofers and carpenters, were on the job site on time, and they were clean from all view points.

I have called on different roofing cos with they looked at it, measured it and gave me estimates; some were normal, while others weren’t. amongst those, you also gave me an estimate which was the best of all, and with the promise, “if and when a decision has been reached, BTR Roofing Co. will start and work continuously without interruption till the job is completed and satisfactory.” … and that was done orderly.

I will prepare a nice message for our Broadcasting System, and will mention to our thousands of listeners the work your company does, and you may use us for any reference to whom it may concern.
